In our Future of Work Lab, we create opportunities for young adults between the ages of 16-25 to earn college credit, industry credentials, and paid work experience while exploring careers in fields like biotechnology, clean energy, computer science, robotics, architecture and engineering. By pairing hands-on learning with real-world connections, we prepare young people not just for jobs, but for meaningful careers that shape the future of Boston’s economy.

Our Neighborhood Work Club provides access to shared workspaces, resources, and community events. It’s more than just a place to get work done, it’s a hub for building relationships, sparking ideas, and strengthening the local community.
