ARCHITECTURE PATHWAY

This pathway blends digital design, structural engineering, and hands-on building to turn concepts into real-world prototypes and spaces that strengthen our communities.

Youth gain paid, hands-on work experience by collaborating on real-world projects and applying their technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills in a team setting. Along the way, they work with industry professionals and clients, build a portfolio of work, and explore career paths across architecture, construction management, and engineering, all while earning college credit and getting paid for their time and contributions.

  • Earn the OSHA-10 certification

  • Earn 4 college credits from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst

  • Make progress toward Autodesk’s Revit certification

  • Create a digital portfolio to apply to college + career
